When i first started training i could'nt do much exercise and the exercise i could do didnt feel like it was having much effect, Hence the reason i started training with Wayne so i could build my Strength & Stamina to reach my goal of becoming a Fire Fighter , over the past 7 months i have seen & felt both my strength & stamina improve as well as Muscle defitinition in my legs top half of my body and stomach with an increase in my reaction and confidence due to doing boxing with wayne i have now past my fire fitghter exams thanks to wayne he is a machine and a great Personal Trainer would highly recommend him to any one.

plan which worked wonders for my weight control.
